ABOUT TOM WALLACE

 Tom Wallace is a writer and teacher, focusing on Sales & Operations Planning. He is a Distinguished Fellow at the Ohio State University’s Center for Operational Excellence.

He is a frequent speaker at corporate meetings, professional societies, and software user groups.

Other

 Tom is the primary developer of the exam for S&OP certification, leading to designation as Certified in Sales & Operations Planning (CS&OP).
